Information, not medical advice
The public website shares professional background, chamber information, and general patient guidance. It does not diagnose a condition, replace an in-person assessment, or create a doctor–patient relationship by itself. Medical decisions require an appropriate clinical consultation.
Appointments and messages
A date entered in the enquiry form is a preference only. A request is not booked until the clinic replies and confirms it. Visiting hours and fees should be confirmed by phone before travelling. Do not use the form, WhatsApp, email, or portal for urgent symptoms.
Patient portal and files
Use your own portal account. Keep your login credentials private. Upload only records you own or are authorized to share. The portal is for appointment and record management; it is not an emergency channel and does not guarantee immediate review of uploaded documents. Bring original scan films or the CD/DVD to a consultation.
Emergency care
For urgent or potentially life-threatening symptoms, call 999 in Bangladesh or attend the nearest hospital emergency department. Do not wait for an online response or appointment.
